IBS Technology enables us to provide superior services on your claims process including more effective use of loss experience and claims handling data through ClaimsLink. This claims management system offers full client transparency and allows 24-hour access to the claims management process.

In 2003, IBS Technology released updated versions of two innovative software products: CargoGuard and FleetGuard, which provide reporting and administration efficiencies to clients, insurers and IBS Group. These products are delivered via secure password access and SSL certificate to the IBS website and provide at-site marine cargo insurance certification, vessel/ shipment/ transit risk analysis, premium calculation and currency conversion, with claims notification and management capability available to clients. FleetGuard provides location and usage risk analysis whilte PolicyLink, our newest product allows clients to view details to individual insurance policies and manage insurance online.
