Angkasa joined IBS in 1995 and has accumulated more than 27 years of experience in the insurance industry. During those years, he has proved his professionalism and expertise in successfully serving multiple clients of various size, industries and complexity.
He graduated from Gajah Mada University. He had also completed the Advance Program of APAI (Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia) and received his CIIB designation (Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers). In addition to that, he is professionally accredited as a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). He was also certified as “Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Kerugian – AAIK” from the Indonesian Insurance Institute in 2010.
Currently Angkasa is Director of IBS Reinsurance Brokers. Angkasa is also an active committee member of the Association of Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (APPARINDO).
Arief Wicaksono, S.T., M.M.
Senior Manager
Arief is a highly experienced risk engineer whose works and deliverables are highly regarded both by clients and the insurance industry, locally as well as internationally.
Prior to joining IBS, he worked as a Risk Consultant Manager at PT Global Intrima – a subsidiary of large insurance broker in Indonesia. Before that, he was the Technical Services Manager of PT AIG Insurance Indonesia for 9 years.
Arief’s educational background includes Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Diponegoro University, Master of Management in Marketing & e-Business from Gajahmada University. He also had attended various risk management courses both locally and overseas.

A.A. Tenny Rico, S.T., M.M., APAI, ANZIIF (Assoc) CIP, CFPA.
Senior Manager
Tenny is a seasoned risk engineer with more than 14 years of experience in the field. In IBS Group, he assist to co-manage the various risk surveys and risk management of clients, and provide risk improvement recommendations to the clients as part of the overall client’s risk management programs.
Prior to joining IBS group, he was a Loss Control Engineer of PT AIG Insurance Indonesia for more than 7 years. Before that he was a risk engineer at Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia for over 6 years.
His field experience includes risk surveys in the areas of telecommunication, agriculture industries, manufacturing, commercial properties, construction projects, various types of power plants, petrochemical, pulp & paper, and smelters.
Tenny has a bachelor degree from Udayana University majoring in Civil Engineering. He also graduated from Atmajaya University with a post-graduate degree of Magister Management, under the scholarship from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Additionally, he holds the CFPA Europe Diploma in Fire Prevention and had attended various risk management courses both locally and overseas.
