Darwin has with him more than 38 years of experience as a financial expert in various industries including manufacturing and banking. Prior to joining IBS Group, Darwin worked as a registered accountant.
Darwin joined IBS Group in 1999, as a Company Treasurer where he served for 3 years. In 2004, he became a director of PT IBS Insurance Broking Service, overseeing group operations of companies in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Technology, Compliance, Human Resources and General Affairs.
Currently Darwin is the President Director of IBS Reinsurance Brokers.
Evy Winarta, CIIB, AAIK, ACII, ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) CIP

Evy has over 24 solid years of experience in the insurance industry. She started her career in early March 1994 with a reputable insurance company, and since then has been building up her career mainly in the reinsurance/treaty and underwriting areas. Prior to joining IBS, Evy was a Deputy Director of PT Asuransi Samsung Tugu, managing their overall underwriting and treaty/reinsurance businesses.
Under Evy’s strong marketing and leadership role in assisting to manage the daily operation of IBS Reinsurance, the company is currently a leading reinsurance broker in Indonesia.
Evy graduated from Institut Pertanian Bogor. She holds a Certificate of Insurance Practice (Advance Diploma) from Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. She also holds the qualification of AAIK as well as being a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) as well as Ahli Pialang Asuransi & Reasuransi Indonesia (APAI).
Nataldo Christanto Sirait, S.Kom.
Assistant Vice President – Business Development
Aldo has over 15 years of solid experience in the insurance industry especially in the marketing and business development areas. Prior to joining IBS Reinsurance Brokers, Aldo was a Senior Marketing Manager at Asuransi Asoka Mas and before that he was a Marketing Manager for Broker at AIG Indonesia. He started his insurance career with Adira Insurance where he spent most of his time in the business development and business relationship segments.
Aldo is a graduate of Bina Nusantara University majoring in Information Technology.
