Ir. Herman Labuan - Senior IT Manager
Herman graduated from University of Indonesia with a bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering in 1992. He commenced his career in Bank Danamon for almost 10 years and later joined an IT Consulting company as Senior IT Consultant where he worked for 3 years.
Currently IT Manager in IBS Technology, Herman heads a dedicated team of 9 staff focused solely on adding value to our clients' business through customized IT solutions. Other responsibilities include internal system development, implementation and maintenance of IBS Group's integrated insurance management, web application, and security system. With his experience and knowledge in software development and project management, Herman's challenge is to provide continuous innovation of imaginative solutions to serve all our clients' needs. |

Ryanto Tanzil, Skom - Project IT Manager
Ryanto graduated with a Management Information qualification in 1997 from Bina Nusantara University. He spent 2 years in the retail business sector as a systems developer, prior to joining IBS in 1997. He is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the IBS Group Insurance Management IT Systems. |

Faisal Yahya, MM, CISSP - Project IT Manager
Faisal has over eight years of service at IBS Group - Technology Division . During his service at Information Technology (IT) with specialization in e-commerce and security fields, Faisal has introduced IBS Group 's web applications to our clients as one of our IT unique products. These products were created for IBS Group 's clients' convenient in managing their insurance policy and claim.
Prior to joining IBS Group Faisal worked on several projects including the network administration and system security for the Indonesian Election Committee. Faisal graduated with Master Degree from Bina Nusantara University, major in Professional Information System. He also certified as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2 and IT Project+ from CompTia. |
