Tom Tan , AAII - Technical Advisor Real Estate, Forestry & Agriculture
Tom Tan has been with IBS Group since 1991 and has been heavily involved in the real estate and agricultural sectors. Tom has been directly involved in handling many of the major construction and operational risks retail developments in Indonesia, specifically Jakarta, Bandung and Medan. He is an Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute and has a strong background in corporate insurance management, with 27 years working experience, including 17 years in Indonesia.
Tom held a regional management position with an insurance company in Malaysia with corporate insurance management responsibilities in Kuala Lumpur, involving the development of a broad range of commercial and insurance products and services. In 1991, Tom joined Risk Management Indonesia, IBS Group's specialist risk management company, before joining the Risk Services Company, where his responsibilities include the management of corporate insurance programs, client administration and technical services. |

Kris Chandra, ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc), CIP - Associate Director
Kris holds a Certificate of Proficiency from the Chartered Insurance Institute – United Kingdom (UK) and is professionally accredited as a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He has more than a decade's experience is corporate insurance in both underwriting and broking.
Kris first joined IBS Group in 1997, where he managed IBS Group's corporate insurance for customers in our Real Estate Team. During the 5 years of tenure, Kris was also involved with IBS Group - Reinsurance Services in market placement, both locally and abroad.
Currently, as an Associate Director, Kris leads a team of 11 staff, managing IBS Group - Real Estate and Petrochemical & Energy Teams. His responsibility includes business development, client growth and insurance market placements. |

Even D. Fransisca, MM, AAPAI - Business Manager
Even holds a Bachelor degree in Economics, a Master's degree in Marketing & Human Resources and received his professional accreditation from the Indonesian Adjunct Expert Insurance Broker Program (Ajun Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia). To further enrich his professional skills and knowledge, Even followed several training programs in marketing locally and in Risk Management held by Swiss Re, Singapore.
Even career started in 1994 as a Risk Engineer in an insurance broker company. He then joined a significant local insurance company as a Section Head of Business Development Department for 4 years and took the role of Department Head for Brokers Development for 2 years. Even continued his career in one of the biggest joint-venture general insurance companies as a Production Manager, where he handled the local business.
Currently, as a Business Manager of IBS Group's Real Estate Team, Even has over 14 years of experience in general insurance. He leads his team in managing corporate insurance for customers and responsible for business development, client servicing and insurance market placement. |
