Tom Tan , AAII - Technical Advisor Real Estate, Forestry & Agriculture
Tom Tan has been with IBS Group since 1991 and has been heavily involved in the real estate and agricultural sectors. Tom has been directly involved in handling many of the major construction and operational risks retail developments in Indonesia, specifically Jakarta, Bandung and Medan. He is an Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute and has a strong background in corporate insurance management, with 27 years working experience, including 17 years in Indonesia.
Tom held a regional management position with an insurance company in Malaysia with corporate insurance management responsibilities in Kuala Lumpur, involving the development of a broad range of commercial and insurance products and services. In 1991, Tom joined Risk Management Indonesia, IBS Group's specialist risk management company, before joining the Risk Services Company, where his responsibilities include the management of corporate insurance programs, client administration and technical services. |

Ir. Donal Mangunsong, ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc), CIP - Director
Graduated as a Mechanical Engineer and professionally accredited in general insurance from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. Donal also received professional training in Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and Fits for Management by Swiss Insurance Training Center.
Donal has more than 14 years of combined experience as a Risk Engineer, Claims Manager and Insurance Broker. He joined IBS Group in 1994 and has worked in marketing, personal insurance products, corporate claims, risk management and currently in corporate insurance broking. Donal is now the Director of IBS Group and responsible for corporate insurance group. |

Calvin Mulyadi, AAAI-K, ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc) - Senior Business Manager
Calvin is professionally accredited with AAAi-K certificate and also received professional training in Engineering Insurance from Swiss Reinsurance Company, Marine Insurance with Munich Re Singapore and Electronic Equipment Insurance with Munich Re Germany. He is currently a Senior Business Manager of Forestry, Agriculture and Textile Group of IBS Group.
Prior to joining IBS Group, Calvin worked for more than 5 years as a Marketing Manager for a leading insurance company, which dominates more than half of the Indonesian plywood industry. With his focused expertise in timber-related industry, Calvin provides a unique approach by tailoring insurance programs around the identified need of IBS Group clients. |
