dr. Nanny Nusalim, ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc), FLMI, MHP - Director
Qualified as a medical doctor, Nanny has 15 years experience working with a leading joint venture medical insurance company, in which for the last 7 years prior to joining IBS Group - Healthcare Management Services as a Director, she was a member of the Board of Directors. Nanny has a unique blend of experience in general, medical and life insurance with professional accreditations of Senior Associate from the Australia & New Zealand Institute of Insurance, a Fellow of the Life Office Management Association and a Managed Healthcare Professional from the Health Insurance Association of America. Nanny has received extensive international training in management and medical insurance and often lectures on medical and life insurance matters.
As the head of IBS Group - Healthcare Management Services Nanny's responsibility includes developing and managing comprehensive employee benefit programs including life, pension and medical protection strategies. |

dr. Anggraini Sjah, HIA - Head of Employee Benefit
Anggraini is professionally accredited in the field of health insurance from Health Insurance Association of America and has more than 16 years experience in medical insurance and healthcare management.
Anggraini started her career as a Medical Claim Analyst and Underwriter in 1987 and has been managing the medical department of one of Indonesia's biggest international medical insurance underwriter for 10 years prior to joining IBS Group - Healthcare Management Services as Head of Employee Benefits at end of 2002. |

I Putu Kusumahadiwijaya, AAIJ, QIP, AAK - Business Manager
Putu holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Faculty of Economy, University of Indonesia and Master degree from the School of Business in Eastern Michigan University. Putu is professionally accredited with Ajun Ahli Asuransi Indonesia, Q ualified Insurance Practitioner, and Ahli Asuransi Kesehatan (Health Insurance Expert) . His passion in Employee Benefit insurance started in 1998 when he first joined one of he largest health and life insurance companies in the country.
Putu currently holds a position as a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager of IBS Group - Healthcare Management Services and responsible for the design of tailor-made healthcare management and employee benefit programs for many Indonesian employers. |

Nefertiti Marzuki, MHP - Head of Tehcnical Support Service
Nefertiti, or well known as Nefi, is professionally accredited in the field of healthcare management from the Health Insurance Association of America as Managed Healthcare Professional with over 7 years experience in the specialist field of healthcare claims management. Nefi joined the IBS Group in 2001 as the Head of Technical Service for the Employee Benefits, having previously worked with one of the largest Indonesian joint venture medical underwriter for five years. As a Head of Technical Services, Nefi is responsible to design and provide best solutions for IBS Group's clients' employee benefit programs.
Along with her in-depth knowledge of claims administration, Nefi has also edited Human Health, a specialist magazine catering to the health industry, providing articles from health & medical issues to ways to a healthy lifestyle. |

dr. Hendrikus Dharmawan - Business Manager (Claim)
Graduated from the Medical Faculty Udayana University, Denpasar, Bali in 1997, Hendrikus had worked as a physician and Head of a Clinic Center in Bajawa, Ngada regency for 3 years when he discovered his passion in health insurance. Hendrikus started his career in insurance as Claims Analyst in one of the leading joint-venture life insurers in Indonesia where he worked very closely with medical doctors, hospitals and healthcare providers in handling claims disputes for both in-patient and out-patient insurance.
Hendrikus joined IBS Group as Claims Coordinator in 2003 and was later promoted as Head of Claims for IBS Group - Healthcare Management Services in early 2005. In his current position, Hendrikus is responsible for managing claims arising from a variety of health risk areas including employee benefit, personal accident and life insurance where he works very closely with underwriters in the negotiation of complex claims to accelerate settlement and claims funds collection for the benefit of our clients. |
