Jacob joined IBS Group as a President Director in early 2003. Graduated from the National Taiwan University majoring in Civil Engineering, he is also a Senior Associate Finance from the Financial Institute of Australiasia and is professionally accredited with AAIK from AAMAI, a Professional Insurance body in Indonesia. Jacob has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry both in Indonesia and Singapore, in which he has taken different roles as a direct insurer, reinsurer and currently a broker.
Jacob started his career as a Management Trainee and developed his career quickly. His resume encompasses management positions such as Vice President, President Director, Senior Manager and Client Manager for Indonesia. Jacob's extensive knowledge in Marketing, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Risk Survey, and Personnel & Document process has brought enormous value for the clients. Jacob has vast expertise and experience in various industry groups from leading Petrochemical, Oil & Gas companies to manufacturing plants, key hotel and leisure industries, the retail sector, office towers and commercial properties as well as Indonesia’s major power plants, etc.
Being a reinsurer for over 4 years with one of the world’s leading Reinsurance company (based in Singapore), Jacob has a broad network and possesses extensive technical skills in the reinsurance market, both of which are essential in assisting our clients to access global capacity, thus completing the reinsurance placement at a competitive terms. |

Brian Dallamore, ACII - Senior Technical Advisor
Brian is an Associate of the UK Chartered Insurance Institute, and has been working in the Asia Region since 1976. He has been an important part of the IBS Group since its early beginnings and has been instrumental in making IBS Indonesia's largest domestic insurance broker. Brian oversees group strategic development and major client services, whilst providing general management advisory functions. He is a technical advisor to IBS Reinsurance and manages IBS Group 's major risks in the international reinsurance markets.
Brian was also the Asia Pacific Regional Director of Alexander Forbes between 1989 and 1996, responsible for the business development of the company business throughout the Asia Pacific region. He has lectured on insurance and risk management in many countries of the world including China, Luxembourg, South Africa and the UK. Brian has developed specific expertise in the pulp and paper industry and the Indonesian market generally during his 28 years experience in the country.

FINANCE DIRECTOR
Darwin joined IBS in 1999, as treasurer of IBS Group. He was soon promoted to Associate Director of Finance in 2001 where he served for 3 years. Darwin currently holds the position of Finance Director and is a member of the Senior Management Group (SMG). He is responsible in overseeing the whole operations of various departments such as Finance and Accounting, Technology, Human Resources and General Affairs.
Prior to joining IBS Group, Darwin worked as a Registered Accountant. With more than 20 years of experience as a financial expert in various industries including manufacturing and banking, Darwin hopes to bring IBS Group into a whole new level. |

DIRECTOR (Singapore Office)
James joined IBS Group in May 2000 as part of the Marine & Aviation Group, reponsible for client, product and systems development. He holds a degree from City University (London) in Insurance and Investment Management and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. The role has expanded to take in heavy equipment and motor fleet business also in a combined Division.
As of October 2004, James is based in Singapore developing the new IBS reinsurance broking office. His role will include maintaining existing reinsurer and Indonesian client relationships plus handling new enquiries from Indonesia and other regional territories. Prior to joining IBS, James was a marine cargo and reinsurance underwriter for a major insurer in the London insurance market with business development responsibilities in both the UK and South East Asia. |

DIRECTOR - HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT
Qualified as a doctor of medicine, Nanny has 15 years experience working with a leading Joint Venture medical insurance Company in which for the last 7 years prior to joining IBS Healthcare Management, she was a member of the Board of Directors. Nanny has a unique blend of experience in General Insurance, Medical and Life Insurance with professional accreditations of Senior Associate of the Australia & New Zealand Institute of Insurance, a Fellow of the Life Office Management Association and a Managed Healthcare Professional from the Health Insurance Association of America. Nanny has received extensive international training in management and medical insurance and often lectures on medical and life insurance matters.
Currently Nanny is the Head of IBS Healthcare Management, IBS Group's specialist Healthcare Management Company, with responsibility for developing and managing comprehensive Employee Benefit programs including Life, Pension and Medical programs for major employers.

Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Property Liability Insurance from the College of Insurance New York and holder of Certificate in General Insurance awarded by Insurance Institute of America, Farah is professionally accredited Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter awarded by Singapore College of Insurance.
Prior to joining IBS Reinsurance Services in 2006 as a Director with broad responsibility for finance and operational control, Farah had 9 years experience in the Indonesian insurance industry and had worked for leading US Life and General Joint Venture companies.

DIRECTOR - MARKETING
Graduated as a Mechanical Engineer and professionally accredited in general insurance from Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. Donal also received professional training in Risk Management by Glasgow Caledonian University
and Fits for Management by Swiss Insurance Training Center.
Donal has more than 14 years of combined experience as a Risk Engineer, Claims Manager and Insurance Broker. He joined IBS in 1994 and has worked in marketing personal insurance products, corporate claims, risk management and finally in corporate insurance broking.
Donal is now the Marketing Director of IBS Group and responsibles for corporate insurance group. |
