1. Insurance Broker: insurance broker is somebody who acts as an intermediary between clients (individual, commercial business or organisations) and insurance company. Insurance brokers use their in-depth knowledge of risks and the insurance market to find the most suitable insurance policies to meet their client's business needs. Insurance brokers are independent. They offer products from more than one insurer ensuring that their clients get the best deal. At IBS Group, our insurance brokers deal with our corporate risk insurance accounts management, risk placement and business development


Requirements for this position are:
1. Bachelor degree in various areas such as Economics, Management, Business, Engineering, Insurance Management, etc.
2. In-dept knowledge of insurance products and market.
3. Have high insurance market analytical skills and the ability to see good insurance business opportunities.
4. Be able to maintain and develop key relationships in the market.
5. Communication professional & with a confident and professional manner both in Indonesian and English Languages.


2. Risk Engineer/ Risk Surveyor: to conduct survey and prepare survey reports in a timely manner as requested by each business segment within IBS Group. Business segments within IBS Group include: Real Estate Group, Petrochemical & Energy, Heavy Equipment & Motor Group, Forestry, Agriculture and Textile Group, Marine and Transportation, Healthcare Management, General Industry and Commercial Lines.

Requirements for this position are:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Gas and Petrochemical, Naval Architecture.
2. Have a good writing skill both in Indonesian and English languages.
3. Have to be able to travel to remote areas.
4. Proficient in computer application programs.


3. Claim: insurance claim is the notification process to an insurance company, requesting payment of an amount due under the terms of the policy. As a Claim Officer at IBS Group you should be able to handle a claim process from first notification to settlement, ensuring the clients obtain the best settlement that they are entitled of.

Requirements for this position are:
1. Bachelor degree in any major.
2. Have a good understanding on insurance claim process.
3. Be able to display excellent relationship building skills alongside a confident and professional manner.
4. A communication professional and strong negotiation skills both in Indonesian and English languages.


4. Marketing: as part of Marketing team of Healthcare Management Group, you should be creative in communicating and delivering value to customers and potential customers. As a reliable IBS Group's Marketing Officer, you should be able to identify the needs and wants of clients and try to deliver benefit, which will meet the clients' business needs and at the same time ensuring clients' satisfaction of these needs.

Requirements for this position are:
1. Bachelor degree in any major.
2. Have a good presentation, communication and inter personal skills.
3. Have a strong marketing drive, self-motivated and target oriented.


5. Insurance Broker Trainee: The ideal candidates will be provided with in-class and on the job training, and are appointed in Corporate Risk Division. During the programme, they will have to understand and capable to implement and possess customer service skill, work process, standard procedure, company's policy and basic knowledge of risk services management. At the same time they are expected to give support within the Group i.e. data collection, preparing booking and other administration support. Eventually they will be trained to manage corporate accounts.

Requirements for this position are:
1. Bachelor degree, preferably with Finance/Business/Management or Engineering background
2. Fresh graduates from overseas will be highly considered
3. Be able to show an aptitude for quick learning
4. A communication professional & with a confident and professional manner both in Indonesian and English Languages.
