Recruitment Process:
Recruitment and Selection generally follow the following phases:
- Screening interviews
- Technical Interviews with prospective users
- Technical & Non-Technical Written Test - as necessary
- Medical Check-Up
- Offering interviews
The overall process may take a month or two, depending on the positions and company needs.
